To respect the time of both my clients and myself, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.


If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me ample time to offer the appointment time to other clients and manage my schedule effectively.


**Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.**


**For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, including all no shows, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.**


I understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur, and I will allow a one time waived cancellation fee per client per calendar year.
